PostCity – 72 hours before the start

20150831_IMG_5064_him,

For several months now, the preparations for the 2015 Ars Electronica Festival in the PostCity, the former postal and parcel distribution center at the main train station in Linz, the preparations are in full swing. Where the Austrian Post has diverted shipments from A to B one year ago, via conveyor belts and slides, over trucks and trains, the Ars Electronica from September 3 to 7 provides space for media art – in the form of a dense program of exhibitions , conferences, lectures, workshops and events. Almost hourly the artists arrive here who are involved in the festival, in order to build their project, to coordinate it with the Festival team and to discuss the final arrangements. Watch yourself.
