Jellybabies instead of plastic. That’s the BioBookCover project group’s answer to the global problem of plastic. They manufacture and market colorful covers for books and notebooks, as well as “Cortex” folders. These are all made of compostable bioplastic that has been made out of water, potato starch, gelatin and food coloring. Attractive designs in the colors of violet, woodruff green, cherry red or sunny yellow have made the bio covers a Must-Have for all book lovers who also want to do something good for the environment.Try it yourselve at their Open Lab.

The Group:

14 Students who attended 8B and 8C of BG/BRG Stainach with focus on economy and law made this project and founded a company based on BioBook Cover.
