The best of both worlds
On July 2, 2014, Ars Electronica Solutions Senior Director Bernd Albl and Günther Berger (Head of Brand Strategy at Umdasch Shopfitting) gave a talk about “The best of both worlds” at the EHI Multichannel Management Congress 2014 in Cologne. The presentation focused on the RAG Shopping Wall, which was realized together with Umdasch – it takes the online world into the sales room, improves customer loyalty and emotionalization – and thus turns the Point of Sale into a Point of Confidence.
